The CoC Alliance unites over 1,300 Continuum of Care (CoC) and Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) leaders from across the United States. Our goal is to collaborate effectively to prevent and end homelessness. In our Slack group, members exchange daily support, insights, and resources.
